How to Report a Claim

 

There are three convenient ways to report a claim:

  1. Online: You can report your claim on line by clicking this link: Report a Claim

    A user name and password are required to submit a claim online.  If you are an insured and want to submit claims online, send an email to customersupport@employers.com.  In the title put “Access to Submit Online Claim Reports.”  Please supply the following information:

    • Your Name (First/Last)
    • Policy Number (Including the prefix)
    • Address
    • Phone Number
    • Email address

  2. Phone: our toll-free Call Center at: (866) 563-2757.

  3. Select the State in which the injury occurred by clicking on the map below. You will be provided with instructions on how to proceed. If you have difficulty with the map, select your state from the list below the map.
